How Champions Drive the Flywheel
Two simple Quests: "Rally your zip code" and "Gather seat pledges" — repeatable actions that carry the movement. With every Champion you bring in, broad audience interest grows naturally.

Rally Your Zip Code
Invite people in your zip code to become Champions and actively support one or more of the Four Flagship Projects. Every Champion you recruit becomes visible proof that audience demand exists.
Quest 02 · Commit
Gather Seat Pledges
Recruit friends, family, and neighbors as named seat pledgers. In Iteration 1 that is a name and a seat count on the ledger. It is not a purchase and it is not escrow. The ticket house opens in Iteration 2.
Every rally and seat pledge naturally sparks broad audience interest in watching — no extra Quest required.
