    Report alleged infringement

If you own a copyright or act for its owner, send a written notice with the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

    1. Your physical or electronic signature as the owner or an authorized representative.
    2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works on this site.
    3. The material you want removed or disabled and enough information to locate it, such as its page URL, project title, and file name.
    4. Your contact details, including mailing address, phone number, and email address if available.
    5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the owner, its agent, and the law have not authorized the disputed use.
    6. A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Do not attach an entire unpublished script when a description and identifying details are enough to locate the disputed upload.

    Submit a counter-notice

If your material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the copyright contact. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), include all of the following.

    1. Your physical or electronic signature.
    2. The material removed or disabled and its location before removal.
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal or disabling resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
    4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
    5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if you live outside the United States, any federal district court where StuDeo Media Corp may be found.
    6. Your agreement to accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

A counter-notice contains legal statements and may be shared with the original complainant. Section 512(g) describes the process for notifying the complainant and restoring material 10 to 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice, unless the complainant reports a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Read the statutory requirements and the Copyright Office's DMCA information before submitting.
